Standalone Xoro API
Xoro now has the right shell. Auth is the remaining gap.
The standalone product surface is no longer a marketing stub. This is the operator workspace for hosted sites, domains, deployments, and credentials.
The control plane is live, but operator data still depends on the current shared auth bridge until Privy replaces it.
Direct ownership plus compat edges
Website control plane lives here
No fallback target configured
Standalone product surfaces
Hosted website operations already belong to Xoro instead of the old Planck shell.
Create hosted sites and inspect runtime ownership.
Pull projects, env vars, domains, and blockers out of Vercel.
Track queued, deploying, and failed releases.
Attach domains and inspect routing and verification records.
Review machine auth surfaces for agents and automation.
Remaining extraction work
The architecture is now correct. The missing parts are integrations, not product identity.
